Style of Life

I'm not only stare at the pictures, I can read too. Can you imagine? In the last few days I had chicken pox, which was not funny at all. Forced to have plenty of time I read even more than usual. I stumbled on a variety of topics.
And here's a small sample of this:
"Germans in general aren't too interested in fashion".
Weird. I've never seen this that way. So, what are Germans more interested in spending money to buy?
"It is more about lifestyle. They prefer to spend on living, food and cars."
I have no car. I don't need one in the center of Berlin, right? Is that why I'm so interested in fashion?

Anyway, I feel great again now and I want to show you
little bits of my German style of life.

3 in 1

shoe cut out

Why three in one? No, not because these Shoe Cut Out are made up of three elements. Also not because they are available in three different combinations.
So I'll tell you why: because of Minimarket label, Voo - concept store and farfetch.com Superstore award.
I think it's interesting that Minimarket started out as a shop and first for six years turned into their own label. Today, they have a clothing range as well as a collection of shoes and accessories. And I don't have to tell you that I'm in love with Minimarket shoes!
And Voo sells them in Berlin. This one of a kind concept store breathes new life into Berlin's Kreuzberg district, originally known for its alternative eateries and vibrant nightlife. With an enticing emphasis on design and creativity focuses on pieces that have the potential to become prized possessions for life, Voo is in fact the essence of contemporary young Berlin! And who knows, maybe  they'll also turn into their own brand in the future.
The SUPERSTORE Award is the first of its kind, offering new independent fashion retailers an international platform that unites the most forward-thinking and influential fashion boutiques from across the globe in one easy-to-shop website. And the first winner is - Voo Berlin! Gratuliere!!!

Back to my wanted shoes now. Perfect for city-dwellers wanting to stay chic, but still get some air.

Black leather or block color,
what do you think?

My Spring Statement

As I promised, I show you the trophies I get from Marni at H&M collaboration. Are those colorful prints for everyone? Anyway I love Marni and started experimenting with prints and colors for Spring 2012. I risk the look.

I am so curious to know what your favorites are from the collection?

Marni Fever

Finally the day has come!
Because of the nature of high-low collaborations I haven't much hope for the handbags and "leather" goods that came out of these kind of partnership. It hold some less-expensive takes on Marni's much-sought-after costume jewelry, and that was enough for me to feel a little excited. I loved so many of these must have pieces! Because many of them do not reach the Ku'damm shop today, I was hoping to get these jewelry-accessories later on the Internet.
Unfortunately, as expected, the website crashed!
After all, I managed to hunt some wonderful high quality dresses! Can't wait to show you my trophies! See you soon!
